Interesting view of national unemployment

Yesterday (April 20th, 2011) the National Labor Department released the March 2011 unemployment numbers. It seems that our country has slight decreases in unemployment (8.8% down from 9.8% in November 2010) and in North Dakota the unemployment rates has dropped to the lowest in the country to 3.6%.
