Staged homes sell for more money and in less time in all price ranges, locations and market conditions.

Condition and home staging are usually lumped together as “staging”.  A staged home is move-in ready. Repairs have been made, updating in critical area has been done, decluttering and packing 50-75% of your possessions has been completed ,  and the furniture is rearranged to maximize the square footage and show the use of each room. It is a lot of work, but to get the best price and sell faster it is crucial to get it done!

Staging allows buyers to find the most attractive property to fill their needs and price range. As a seller ask yourself “if I were buying my home, would I be able to move right in?”  If not, get going now!
